1. Content Ownership & Copyright

By uploading documents to OnlinePrintout.com, you explicitly warrant that you own the copyright to the content or have secured valid written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it. We act solely as a facilitator for printing and do not claim ownership of your files.

2. Prohibited Content

OnlinePrintout.com strictly prohibits the printing of:

• Illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent material.
• Counterfeit currency, government documents, or identification.
• Material that promotes hate speech or infringes on the privacy of others.
• Copyrighted educational material (e.g., entire textbooks) without license.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation if we suspect a violation. In such cases, your IP address and user details may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlinePrintout.com, its operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or the content you upload. You are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from printed materials.

4. Data Privacy & Handling

While we employ high-standard encryption and security measures, you acknowledge that no online transmission is 100% secure. We automatically delete all customer files from our servers within 7 days after completion of the order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

All delivery timelines displayed on the website and in order confirmations are estimates only and are subject to the following conditions:

• Working Days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and national public holidays. All estimated delivery timelines are expressed in working days.
• Actual delivery timelines may vary based on the courier partner's operational capacity, route availability, weather conditions, and the recipient's geographical location (including remote areas, restricted zones, and areas with limited courier access).
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or delivery refusal.
• OnlinePrintout.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from delayed deliveries.
• If a shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered beyond 15 working days from dispatch, the customer may contact our support team for investigation and appropriate resolution.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery

COD/Pay on Delivery is a privilege extended to verified repeat customers who meet the minimum cumulative order value threshold. By opting for COD, the customer agrees to the following terms:

• COD orders cannot be refused, rejected, or returned at the time of delivery on grounds of delivery delay, changed personal requirements, or any reason other than visibly damaged goods at the exact point of handover.
• The customer is obligated to accept and pay for the COD shipment upon delivery. Refusing a COD delivery without valid quality-related grounds (visible physical damage) will result in:
  • Permanent forfeiture of COD eligibility on the customer's account.
  • Liability for return shipping costs and a handling fee.
  • Potential blacklisting from future orders.
  • Legal action for fraud repeated or wilful refusal of COD deliveries may be treated as attempted fraud under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. OnlinePrintout.com reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings to recover losses including product cost, shipping charges, and associated legal fees.
• A non-refundable convenience fee (a flat fee or a percentage of the order value, whichever is higher) is applied to all COD orders. This fee is clearly displayed before order placement.
• OnlinePrintout.com reserves the right to revoke COD access for any customer at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, it cannot be cancelled as printing has already commenced. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the following scenarios:

Full refund or reprint is applicable ONLY for:

• Physically damaged prints received during transit (e.g., water damage, torn/crushed pages).
• Significant printing defects (e.g., completely blank pages, wrong document printed, incorrect binding type applied).
• Missing pages or missing copies confirmed against the original order specification.
• Lost packages confirmed by the courier partner after a formal investigation.

The following are explicitly NOT eligible for refund or replacement:

• Delivery delays regardless of the duration, delivery delays caused by courier partners or external factors do not constitute grounds for refund, cancellation, or order rejection under any circumstance.
• 65 GSM economy paper quality 65 GSM is a thin, lightweight, cost-effective paper grade specifically designed for bulk printing at the lowest cost. Characteristics such as ink show-through (bleed-through on the reverse side), slight transparency, and texture variations are inherent physical properties of this paper grade and are expected behaviour. These characteristics do not constitute a defect. Customers who require higher opacity and print quality should select 75 GSM Standard or higher paper grades at the time of ordering.
• Minor colour variations between on-screen display and physical print output, which occur due to differences in monitor calibration, colour profiles, and laser printer technology.
• Formatting or layout issues originating from the uploaded source file (e.g., cut-off text, missing embedded fonts, incorrect page margins).
• Orders where the customer selected incorrect print options (e.g., wrong binding type, wrong colour mode, wrong paper GSM).

All refund or reprint claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9315593183) or email (support@onlineprintout.com) with clear photographic evidence of the defect. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window may not be honoured at our discretion.

8. Communication Preferences

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive order updates, delivery notifications, and transactional messages via WhatsApp. You can opt-out at any time by replying 'STOP' or contacting our support.

9. Limitation of Liability

OnlinePrintout.com's total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
